The Diversity Research Group of the Toyo University Human Value Study Group has compiled the Corporate Ranking 2018 using a unique index that objectively evaluates the active participation of women in companies and organizations. Token Corporation was first, Ginza Aster Foods was second, and Lawson was third.

 According to Toyo University, the survey targets are corporations registered in the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Database of Women's Advancement Promotion Companies" as of the end of March.Of these, 3 companies with more than 1,000 employees and less than 8% of female workers were selected, and the "Women's Active Participation Index", an original index developed in 1,078, was used to determine the average number of years of continuous work for men and women and childcare leave. The ranking was based on the acquisition rate, managerial positions and officers, and the ratio of females to workers.

 The rankings below the top 3 are Aeon Fantasy in 4th place, Aeon Big in 5th place, Seven & i Food Systems in 6th place, Railway Construction and Transportation Facility Development Support Organization in 7th place, Techno Service in 8th place, and 9th place in 10th place. Tokyo Gas, XNUMXth place is Pasona Tech.

 Lawson, which was at the top of the corporate ranking 2017, fell to 3rd place, but has maintained the top position in total for the two years of 2017 and 2018.Token Corporation, which is at the top of the corporate ranking 2, has a high rate of male childcare leave, and has made a leap from 2018th place in 2017.
