The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has decided on three projects to be carried out jointly with universities in Tokyo in 2024. Oral health and dietary education using children's cafeterias is a joint project with Tokyo Medical and Dental University and the University of Tokyo. We held study sessions on oral health, mastication, and nutrition for children's cafeteria users, and based on interviews with participants, we developed a complex program for children and expanded it into school lunch education at elementary schools. aim.
Building a space for communication through user testing will be done in collaboration with Ochanomizu University and the University of Tokyo. By building a portal site that publishes user test information researched at universities and creating a place where Tokyo residents can come into contact with research content and science and technology, we will promote academic research at universities and stimulate Tokyo residents' interest in science.
The project will run until the end of March 2025. The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will support participating universities with project costs up to 3 million yen.
