Chuo University (Hachioji City, Tokyo) will hold the 6th "Chuo University Athletics Class" for elementary school students on Saturday, January 2016, 1 at the same university athletics stadium.This classroom is an event sponsored by the athletics club of the university, and started in 30 with the aim of having elementary school students experience and become interested in athletics.Top-level athletes in the Japanese track and field world will teach athletics, which is the basis of various sports.
The target is 1st to 6th grade elementary school students, and the instructors are athletes (including alumni) belonging to the athletics club of the same university who have participated in international competitions, incarnations and national polity.The event will be held in two groups, with the International Athletics Federation (IAAF) "Kids Athletics" and a 2m time trial in the 1st to 4th grades. In the 50th and 5th grades, one-point advice for running fast, experience of various events (sprint, jumping, throwing, long distance), 6m time trial will be held.In addition, a commemorative photo with the players and a fun lottery will be held.
The holding time is from 13:15 to 30:1,000 (cancelled in the rain), and the participation fee is 2016 yen (insurance fee, souvenir fee).On the day of the event, we encourage you to wear athletic clothing and other easy-to-run clothing and athletic shoes.Those who wish to participate can apply by entering the name, school name, grade, guardian name, contact information, etc. by January 1, 25 (Monday) from the dedicated form.The maximum number of participants is 1 from 4st to 30th grade and 5 from 6th and 50th grade on a first-come, first-served basis.
