This time's challenge was ``Effective ways to recruit part-time delivery workers for university students'' proposed by Anycarry Co., Ltd., which develops logistics solutions specializing in short-distance and last-mile logistics, in order to solve the 2024 logistics problem.Ten finalist teams who had passed the initial document screening participated in the final competition, and university students competed with their innovative ideas.
The winning team was "Funwari Kitsune," a team made up of third-year students from the Faculty of Science and Engineering at Tokyo University of Science.With the theme of stimulating communication between delivery workers, we included communication measures such as a photo contest for part-time delivery workers and a friend introduction campaign, as well as ideas focused on student needs, such as an on-campus delivery service.
Second place went to Tokai University's Team Suzuki.The idea was to acquire human resources by establishing a referral recruitment system based on university groups such as club activities and clubs.
Third place goes to Takachiho University's "IOW."The idea was to place an advertisement on disposable chopstick bags in school cafeterias to appeal to students, the target group, and the judges gave a smart presentation that included case studies. "Presentation" was praised.
In addition, Jumonji Gakuen Women's University's ``Ninjin 8'' received the Encouragement Award for its advertising idea that focuses on bicycle delivery and targets students who belong to cycling groups.Hosei University's "Chimaru" won the Special Jury Prize for ideas that focused on women's success in the logistics industry, where the ratio of women is small, such as creating an environment that is easy for women to work in and a system that allows female users to specify delivery by a female delivery person. was awarded.
