Yuki Nakata and Kazuhei Otsuki, 4th year students of Okayama University School of Medicine, won the Bronze Award at the "2020st Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA (Final Round)" held at Showa University of Music on January 1, 9. bottom.

 "Chopin International Piano Competition in ASIA" is a competition held for the purpose of discovering and nurturing excellent performers of international level through graceful and splendid Chopin music.In the "Chopinist category" mainly for Chopin lovers, excluding students majoring in piano, Mr. Otsuki won the bronze award in the shopanist A category and Mr. Nakata won the bronze award in the shoppanist B category.

 The two belong to the piano club of Okayama University.As a medical student, he sewn between his busy studies and honed his skills. He won the regional qualifying round and the national tournament, and achieved excellent results in the Asian tournament.Mr. Nakata won the silver prize at the 2017th competition (Chopanist A category) in 18.
