Schools and kindergartens are closed, and children who are closed have less play outside and more interaction with friends, and more and more enjoy TV, Internet videos, and games. It was found in a survey by Associate Professor Tetsuya Aiko and others.Associate Professor Aiko and his colleagues need moderate outings and regular living for children who are closed.
According to Hokkaido University, the survey was conducted from March 3th to April 19st, with 4 people in Hokkaido and 1 people outside Hokkaido, for a total of 838 parents of infants to junior high school students. We interviewed and tabulated through the web about whereabouts, lessons, time increase / decrease in TV and games, places to play outside, and problems at home.
More than 80% of households said that they spent more time watching TV and videos, including watching Internet videos, playing games, and playing indoors.By refraining from going out, dialogue with family members is increasing.
On the contrary, more than 80% answered that they made friends, more than 60% said that they played outdoors, and more than 50% said that they had cram school or lessons.More than 80% of parents think their children need more outdoor play and are suffering from a lack of information on where to play outdoors and how to learn at home.
Associate Professor Aiko and his colleagues proceeded with the investigation mainly in Hokkaido because the self-restraint was carried out in Hokkaido ahead of the rest of the country, but since the movement of self-restraint is spreading outside Hokkaido, the investigation will be continued until the end of April. ..
