The Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA), an affiliated organization of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, has 2019 unexplored creators who have achieved outstanding results from the 26 unexplored creators selected for the 17 unexplored IT human resources discovery and training project. Was certified as a "super creator" in 2019.

The Information-technology Promotion Agency (IPA) has been implementing an "unexplored business (unexplored IT human resources discovery and training business)" since 2000 in order to discover and train young IT human resources (creators) with outstanding talents. So far, a total of more than 1,700 creators have been adopted and trained.Among them, the creators who were recognized as having outstanding abilities were certified as "super creators", and 2019 people in 17 were added, resulting in a total of 344 people.

Among the super creators in 2019, we will develop a cloud platform that enables confidential calculation of highly private life information, and a system that efficiently detects software bugs and vulnerabilities on the ARM architecture. Some human resources have achieved results that contribute to the improvement of security technology. In addition, we have developed a robot system that enables stable production of strawberries, a technology that enables eating while maintaining a sense of reality in the fantasy real world, and tactile perception ability by transferring the tactile sensation of the fingertips to the back. There were also human resources who achieved great results with great social impact, such as the development of systems aimed at improving the world.Information-technology Promotion Agency expects that the discovered super creators will lead society in a wide range of fields such as Japanese industrial and academic fields.
