According to the Ministry of Education, the new business will be outsourced to one educational institution such as a university, and human resources who will be responsible for innovation management will be trained in three years.Students are recruited from each university who are expected to be responsible for future university management, recommended by the president, and selected by the national government and contracted institutions.Participants are free of charge in principle.Travel expenses and accommodation expenses will be borne by the university to which you belong.
Students receive education at contracted institutions and also receive training at overseas universities.The results of overseas training will also be used to build a management human resources development program.
The education program will collaborate with industry and overseas organizations, specialize in the construction and operation of innovation management systems, and build a nationwide network centered on participants.
The contracted institution has completed the development of the necessary education program and evaluation system in three years, and will continue this education program with its own funds from the fourth year onward, playing a central role in the national network.
