He explained in detail about the acceptance of patients and the dispatch of doctors at the request of the governor.
Furthermore, it was revealed that the "Kumamoto Reconstruction Assistance Project" led by President Harada was set up in the university, and the outline of seven projects such as the earthquake disaster reconstruction design project and the regional medical support project to be promoted in the future, and the damage was the greatest. He also reported on the establishment of a town planning base to examine the future of Mashiki Town.
熊本地震は地震の影響も含め、69人の死者と1人の行方不明者、7,500戸余りの全壊家屋を出したが、熊本大学でも学生97人、教職員11人の重軽傷者、工学部1号棟など5棟の立ち入り禁止建物、2,317件の設備損壊があり、5月9日まで授業を休止していた。
