Musashino Art University regards the industry-academia joint project as a place for practical education and research, and in partnership with the newly established Musashino Art University Social Management Co., Ltd., has its own business design program "Musashino Art University Business Design Program (commonly known as:: Expand MAU bdp).
Musashino Art University will strengthen and disseminate social contributions in this program, deepen relationships with interested companies, strengthen the project execution system, and develop practical human resources by co-creating educational programs with companies.Specific activities include the implementation of extracurricular courses, the practice of industry-academia joint projects, and the dissemination of reports on social implementation projects.
There are five program partner companies that co-create extracurricular courses: Hitachi, Ltd., East Japan Railway Company, Konica Minolta Co., Ltd., ReBITA Inc., and Smiles Co., Ltd.In the social implementation project developed from the program, we will verify and propose new values by using the creative power unique to beauty college students obtained through art and design education.
The general direction of the program and the management of the secretariat will be jointly carried out by Deeland Co., Ltd., which is run by graduates, and Musashino Art University, which has many achievements in co-creation projects between art college students and companies.
