According to the Cabinet Office, the National University Innovation Creation Environment Enhancement Project allocates funds according to the results of external fund acquisition, etc., to secure indirect expenses necessary for joint research with private companies, and to secure various private funds such as donations. It has been implemented since FY2019 with the aim of promoting acquisition and strengthening the management base to create innovation.
