The "Industry-Academia-Government Collaboration Three-University Regional Human Resources Development Project Learned from the Field" jointly proposed by Taisho University, Shizuoka Sangyo University, and Shimane University was adopted by the Cabinet Office Regional Revitalization Support Project in 3.Students from the Faculty of Regional Development of Taisho University will work on fieldwork to solve regional issues together with students from Shizuoka Sangyo University and Shimane University in Shizuoka and Shimane prefectures.

 According to Taisho University, the three schools are cultivating the ability to discover and solve regional issues by promoting fieldwork in industry-academia-government collaboration and taking credit-compatible courses while convection of students to each other.With the aim of developing human resources with marketing and management capabilities that realize coexistence between cities and regions, we are also considering returning students from Tokyo to rural areas and leading regional revitalization.

 Taisho University has signed a partnership agreement with Shizuoka Sangyo University and Shimane University, and in 2017, it promoted the creation of regional resource maps, the development of regional introduction apps, and internships in Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture, and Masuda City, Shimane Prefecture.In addition, we accepted Shimane University students to Tokyo for a short period of time and practiced fieldwork in Toshima Ward.

 The Faculty of Regional Development of Taisho University promotes 40 days of regional learning every fall, and in 2017, it was active in 12 regions nationwide, including Fujieda City, Shizuoka Prefecture.We will further promote these activities and introduce the progress in the monthly magazine "Regional People" published by the Regional Planning Institute, which was established in October 2014.
