 The report includes "Overall National Teacher Training Universities and Faculty", "Curriculum and Training Environment", "Quality Assurance and Evaluation", "University Teachers", "Collaboration with External Relations", "Professional School for Teacher Education", and "Attachment". About the school ”Efforts are introduced for each of the above seven items.

 "Curriculum and training environment" initiatives include Chiba University's "Reciprocal Educational Training Program for Theory and Practice", Shimane University's "1,000-hour hands-on learning to develop teacher skills with the community", and Kumamoto University's "Faculty of Education". "Practical teacher training curriculum" is introduced.

 Shimane University's "1,000-hour hands-on learning that fosters teacher skills together with the community" is a curriculum that began in 2004 to enhance relationships with schools, people, and the community.
