The University of Yamanashi has started a program to help women who have left work for marriage, childbirth, and childcare step up.Utilizing the program developed by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, 10 enrolled students will learn business etiquette, communication, life design, etc. for 2019 months until March 3.
According to the University of Yamanashi, the enrolled students are women over the age of 22 who have graduated from college or junior college and have work experience.Classes are divided into four stages, from preparation for employment to internship preparation, internship, and employment support, and lectures centered on group work are given.The main lecture contents are life design with an eye on the 4-year life, basics of personal computers, internship training, etc.
Career counseling tailored to each new student is also planned to support the step-up of working women.During the course, you can freely use the University of Yamanashi Library and it will be counted as a job hunting record of employment insurance.For those who wish, how to find a job vacancies, a course on how to write a resume, a mock interview, and job matching by a human resources introduction company will be carried out.
The entrance ceremony was held on the 2nd at the Omura Satoshi Memorial Academic Center, Yamanashi University Kofu West Campus, Takeda, Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture.
