According to the Tokyo Institute of Technology, the action package, which summarizes the action plan for the 2022-2027 academic year, aims to increase the percentage of female faculty members on campus to around 2030% by 20.However, the percentage of female teachers will remain at 2023% at the beginning of the 12.2 academic year.For this reason, continuing from the 2022 academic year, we will continue to recruit female faculty members only in the 2023 academic year.
