This is Jissen Women's Gakuen's second inter-corporate collaboration after Mukogawa Gakuin, and the seventh collaboration between its affiliated Jissen Women's University with another university.
Through this agreement, both schools will further deepen educational activities, academic research, and exchanges between faculty and students. In November 1898, Utako Shimoda established the Imperial Women's Association with the aim of disseminating mass education for women throughout the country, and became its president.
