Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology started open recruitment by outsourcing medical personnel training surveyAccording to the application guidelines, the outsourced research projects include extraction of issues facing the current medical and dental curriculum, formulation of revised drafts, fact-finding and verification of efforts related to the training of highly specialized human resources at medical graduate schools, and bachelor's degree programs in nursing. Research on the training environment, comparative research with overseas pharmaceutical education systems, simulation education, advanced case studies of training, etc.The outsourced targets are national, public and private universities, junior colleges, private research institutes, etc. In principle, the survey will proceed in FY2015.The proposal will be accepted until August 8th. The proposal will be reviewed in September, the contract partner will be decided, and the investigation will be carried out by the end of March 27.
By 2025, one in three will be 3 or older and one in five will be 1 or older, and it is expected that the current medical and long-term care service provision system will not be sufficient. In order to enable a continuous life in the area where you are accustomed to living, you must secure a series of medical care and long-term care services in each area, from the highly acute phase to home medical care and long-term care. For this reason, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology has decided to review the way of training human resources for medical-related occupations such as doctors and dentists, and to proceed with a research project in order to build a medical care provision system that is in line with the times.
