The Ritsumeikan SDGs Promotion Headquarters has started crowdfunding "Students' Challenges Open up the World After Corona" in cooperation with Crowdfunding Lady Four.We will provide financial support for the implementation of ideas for solving social issues that students have come up with.

According to Ritsumeikan, the target amount of crowdfunding is 300 million yen, and the release period is until the end of July.Approximately 7 social problem solving programs launched by students will be selected, and each program will support about 10 yen.Students' ideas will be solicited, reviewed, and announced in July.

Ritsumeikan launched the online community "Beyond Corona" in April in response to the voices of students saying, "I want to do something because of the corona disaster."Beyond Corona is a system that allows students to become project owners and launch projects and courses. So far, 4 projects and 54 student writer articles have been published.

In response to the emergence of social issues due to the spread of the new coronavirus, we decided to solicit ideas from students through Beyond Corona, but we will raise funds through crowdfunding to realize them.
