Associate Professor Yusuke Ashizawa of the Faculty of Engineering and Design, Shibaura Institute of Technology, in collaboration with Internet advertising agency Ai Hearts, has developed a diagnostic function that identifies 15 suitable job types in a portfolio creation tool for job hunting.By applying the research results that visualize tacit knowledge, it is possible to know the suitable job of a student who is difficult to distinguish only by an online interview.

According to Shibaura Institute of Technology, the diagnostic function is divided into 50 types such as sales type, creative type, planning planner type, researcher type, etc. from the answers to 15 questions, and the tacit knowledge of student observation is systematized and evaluated. By visualizing, the potential is measured.

The question and answer options were created based on the results of interviews with university faculty members and hiring managers of companies.Anyone can receive a diagnosis for free without registering as a member, and those who have been diagnosed will be able to use the agent service linked with the job hunting support service for new graduates operated by iHearts.

Associate Professor Ashizawa wants to continue his research, establish knowledge to measure the potential of students, and contribute to the job hunting activities of students.
