The Faculty of Service Creation, Chiba University of Commerce announced the start of recruitment for the "Service Creation Award" in 2016 with the aim of making society widely aware of the importance of service creation.

 The award is for high school / university students and the general public to solicit ideas for new services not only for individuals but also for companies and public institutions. In fiscal 2015, a total of 2,286 cases were gathered, and the service that teaches safe routes while avoiding roads with many steps and slopes, and the service that puts headphones on the seat when watching sports are selected as grand prizes.

 In fiscal 9, the 2016th time, we set the themes of "I wish I had this service" in my daily life as a general task department, and "I wish I had this service that enriches my school life" as a corporate task department.
In each department, the official supporter companies that cooperate with the faculty, the president of the university, the dean of the faculty of service creation, and the faculty members of the faculty serve as judges, and the degree of service creativity, novelty, originality, logic, feasibility, and social contribution. The grand prize (1 point, scholarship 10 yen) and semi-grand prize (1 point, scholarship 5 yen) for each of the general and corporate issues categories, and the excellence award for both categories (5 point, scholarship 2 yen) Five points, equivalent to 30 yen for a book card) and a high school award (5 points, equivalent to XNUMX yen for a book card) will be selected.
In addition, there is a possibility that it will actually be adopted as a service by the official supporter companies that 57 companies meet.
