 When asked what they expected from the company regarding career development support, the number of new employees who answered "I want you to create an opportunity to consult with your boss" increased for the second consecutive year, reaching a record high of 2%.Compared to 49.7 before the Corona disaster, it was a significant increase of 2019 points.In addition, "I want you to create an opportunity to consult with employees other than your boss" was a record high of 11.0%, indicating that many new employees are seeking "opportunity for consultation" as they did last year.

 Regarding the roles that the company wants to play in the future, "I want to become a leader who leads the organization and manage (managerial positions)" was 26.9%, increasing for the second consecutive year. "It is not clear yet and I would like to decide in the future (2%)" decreased for the first time in three years.

 Next, when asked why they wanted to become a leader for new employees who answered "I want to become a leader who leads the organization and manage it (managerial position)", "I like working with colleagues". The percentage of respondents who answered was 29.7%, the highest ever.On the other hand, 25.2% answered "I want to lead the company as a management in the future", which is the lowest ratio since the survey started.

 According to this survey, new employees in 2021 tend to assume work as a team and relationships with members because they spent the transitional period of job hunting before going out to society in the corona sickness where communication is difficult. As seen, it is thought that there is a growing awareness of emphasizing "connections with people" and "opportunities for communication."Therefore, companies that accept new employees are required to intentionally create opportunities for communication and confirm their awareness of their careers.
