The Nature Awards and The Estée Lauders Companies are now accepting applications for the "Inspiring Women in Science Awards 2022" for women active in the STEM field.
The "Inspiring Women in Science Awards" honor and support the achievements of female researchers and those who support women and girls in the STEM field. Girls and women around the world work on STEM subjects * and challenge academic barriers. And it aims to inspire you to succeed in your science career.The award uses the word "female" in a comprehensive definition and welcomes applications from transwomen, gender queers, and non-binary genders.
There are two divisions, "Science Outreach" and "Scientific Achievement". In the "Science Outreach" section, we help girls and young women learn, be interested in and enjoy STEM studies, and work to increase the retention rate of women in science jobs. Recognize projects, organizations and programs.Targets efforts in academia, education, NGOs, and corporations.
In the "Scientific Achievement" category, among young researchers with self-identity as women, they make remarkable contributions to scientific discoveries and publications, even though they sometimes have difficulties in resources, research locations, and language skills. We commend the researchers who have achieved this.
Applicants can apply regardless of whether they are self-recommended or otherwise recommended.Winners in each category will receive a prize of US $ 5 to fund their research-related efforts.In addition, mentoring and other public relations opportunities will be provided through The Estée Laud Companies.
