At Waseda University, it takes a lot of man-hours to create and deliver employment condition notices (about 15,000 cases a year) at the time of contract with teaching assistants, student staff, temporary staff, etc., and improving work efficiency is an issue. It was.Therefore, with the aim of improving business efficiency, we introduced SAP Signature Management by DocuSign and realized the digitization of processing business processes.In addition, it is planned to further promote the utilization of solutions for the purpose of contributing to work style reform and work efficiency improvement promoted throughout the university in cooperation with existing RPA tools.
DocuSign and SAP Japan will introduce this solution to Waseda University as a pilot from January 2021 and determine the operation, and will deploy it to Waseda University as a whole from July 1.
