Waffle, a general incorporated association aiming to close the gender gap in the IT field, will start a program "Waffle College" for female university and graduate students aiming for a career in the technology field.Starting from the beginner level, after about one year of training, we will provide free programming training and career support so that you can acquire the skills of a technical intern as the first step to an engineer.
At "Waffle College", 90 minutes of web application development training is held every week throughout the first and second semesters.In the first semester, the curriculum that Waffle has developed for junior and senior high school students who are new to programming will be renewed for university students, providing an environment and teaching materials that even beginners can enjoy while learning.In the second half, we will focus on acquiring skills and aim for a level where we can play an active role as an intern in the software engineer position of an IT company.In addition, by utilizing Waffle's abundant networking, we will also provide opportunities for talk sessions and internships by engineers working at domestic and overseas IT companies that will serve as role models for participants.
In the first half, those who participated in the free briefing session and passed the document screening and submission of assignments can participate, and in the second half, those who passed the screening for the participants in the first half for the recruitment of technical internships.
