According to Doshisha University, Doshisha University and the Agency for Cultural Affairs conducted comprehensive evaluations by conducting questionnaire surveys and interviews targeting a total of 100 cities, including cities that received the Agency for Cultural Affairs' commendation and cities that are members of the Creative City Network Japan.
