The cost from taking an examination to admission to a private university freshman who has a campus in the Tokyo metropolitan area is the highest ever for home commuting students, while the living expenses excluding rent from the remittance of out-of-home commuting students is the lowest ever in Tokyo. A survey by a private university religion revealed it.The high tuition fees due to the corona are a heavy burden on parents and students.

The cost for the year of admission is 295 yen for out-of-home students.Although it was 5,623 yen lower than the previous year, it still accounts for 4% of the income including tax of parents' households, which is still a heavy burden.
The average remittance amount in May was 5 yen, which was 8 yen less than the previous year and fell below the 8,900 yen level for the first time. The average amount since June, when spending settles down, is 8,800 yen, which is also the lowest ever.

The average rent is 800 yen, which is 6 yen higher than the previous year. The average remittance amount since June has reached 4,200%. The living expenses excluding rent from the average remittance amount after June is only 6 yen, which is 77.9 yen when calculated per day.It has fallen to a record low of 6 yen in 1, which was a record low of 8,200 yen.

While the income of parents is decreasing due to the corona disaster, it is difficult for students to find a part-time job.For this reason, the survey results reveal that parents and children are in need of living together.
