 This survey was conducted for the purpose of clarifying the actual situation of students who are doing job hunting from the preparation and progress of job hunting as of March 2017, 3, and the subject of the survey is March 1.  According to the survey, when asked about the main activities of job hunting as of March 2017, 3, 1% of the students answered "entry activity stage", followed by "preparatory activity stage" 58.7%, interviews and The percentage of "interview / examination stage", which is mainly selected by companies such as examinations, was 18.1%.

 When asked "Which is more aspiring to be a large company or a small and medium-sized company" when conducting job-hunting activities, 49.2% of "large companies" and "rather large companies" were "small and medium-sized companies" If anything, 29.8% of the students were "small and medium-sized enterprises" and 21.0% were "not aware of the size of the enterprise".Compared to past surveys, the percentage of SME-oriented students was slightly higher (2016% in 22.3).

 「就職活動の進捗状況」において、「まだ何も始めていない」以外の回答をした学生に対し、3月1日までに参加した会社説明会の回数を聞くと、最も多かったのが「5~9回」25.9%、「1~2回」21.8%、「10~19回」18.1%と続いた。平均参加回数は7.1回で、2016年調査の平均6.3回よりも多かった。
