 Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting Co., Ltd. holds a seminar for new employees every year from the end of March to the beginning of April, and conducts a questionnaire to the participants. In fiscal 3, we held a total of 4 courses in Tokyo, Nagoya, and Osaka, and summarized the results of questionnaires conducted on 2017 new employees.

New employees who are worried about their work tend to seek a "tolerant" boss who accepts them with a broad heart and warmly watches over their growth.
