 At the NTT DATA DX Institute, we will share case studies of advanced digital transformation in each industry as a research project, deepen the discussion, and use it as a benchmark for our own initiatives.We will also understand the methodologies and frameworks of DX experts and research institutions around the world, and support them in incorporating them into DX strategies and measures that involve management and the field.Furthermore, we will disseminate information on examples of Japan's digital transformation initiatives to European and American professors and experts, and share examples of transformation by Japanese companies so that they can be taken up as case studies globally.

 Prior to this, from April 2023, we will be holding various events such as publishing Japanese versions of books, interviews, and seminars with professors and experts from prominent universities and research institutions in Europe and the United States, including Lecturer Robert Siegel of Stanford University Business School. We are working on various types of alliances and joint projects, and actively disseminating information within Japan.Monthly study sessions are held in both real and virtual settings to discuss examples of digital transformation, how to incorporate it from a management and organizational perspective, and practical theories.The participants gain insights through discussions and utilize the findings in the DX strategies of participating companies.
