Yokohama City University and NEC Corporation (NEC) have signed a "Basic Agreement on Industry-Academia Collaboration" to promote student education and social collaboration utilizing mutual knowledge in the field of data science.
Yokohama City University is promoting industry-academia collaboration with companies at the Data Science Promotion Center in order to utilize data and develop human resources who can create new value through them.In addition, NEC has been working on AI human resources development since 2013 in order to produce AI human resources who can solve social issues, and in April 2019, NEC will provide a place for "learning" and "practice" with the "NEC Academy for AI".
