Ochanomizu University will open the "Poppins Childcare Management Course" in the Graduate School of Human Development Sciences Childcare and Children's Studies Course from April 2021 in collaboration with Poppins Holdings Co., Ltd.Nursery teachers can learn while working, acquire the ability as a leader, and cultivate the motivation to develop their careers.
The number of childcare facilities has increased significantly in the last few years due to the advancement of women into society, and in order to respond to various issues, there is an urgent need for a program to learn childcare management for childcare workers. Even after childcare workers enter the field of childcare, they are required to gain more advanced learning opportunities and grow.
The "Poppins Childcare Management Course" was established in collaboration with the prestigious Ochanomizu University, which has been a leader in early childhood education in Japan for over 140 years, and Poppins, a leader in the childcare industry, for 33 years since its establishment.It enables in-service nursery teachers to learn while working, and provides opportunities to deepen cutting-edge infant education and childcare and learn childcare management together with excellent teachers for children who will create the future.
