At the symposium, the theme is "From employment to creation" -What is the future human resource development that can be challenged only by a local university? Focus on "human resources development," which will become even more important in the future for its sustainable growth.

In the keynote speech, we will present issues about the roles that local universities should play and the themes that should be challenged in order to develop attractive and diverse human resources.After that, four keynote subcommittees will be held to present various perspectives on "the image of human resources to be trained" and deepen discussions.
