Online seminar on compulsory data science education held on 9/10 IDE University Association

　Compulsory data science education, which is attracting attention in common university education.In this online seminar, each university will design and implement data science education, "How to realize the realization of literary and science-integrated education?", "What are the challenges in building high school-university cooperation?" Discussions will be held based on the questions raised and reported from various standpoints, centered on the question "How should we accelerate the promotion of cooperation?"

　Speakers are Seiichi Uchida (Director / Professor, Center for Mathematical and Data Science Education, Kyoto University), Tetsuto Himeno (Associate Professor, Faculty of Data Science, Shiga University, Member of Consortium Curriculum Subcommittee, Center for Strengthening Mathematical and Data Science Education), Akihiro Yamamoto. Mr. (Professor, Graduate School of Informatics, Kyoto University), Mr. Yu Nakajima (4th year, Faculty of Data Science, Shiga University).

　Online seminars require advance application, and anyone can participate for free.Capacity 300 people.The application deadline is September 9rd (Friday), but the application will be closed as soon as the capacity is reached.
