Active university students and business people from various industries have participated in the “#Kigaeyo Job Hunting” project, and have faced the clothing concerns of modern job hunting students.According to the results of a survey on job-hunting students and recruiters regarding "clothes for job-hunting," about 9% of the students answered that they had trouble with "free clothing" announced by companies. Students' true intentions were revealed, with comments such as "It's easier to be asked to come in a suit" and "I'd rather choose a company than clothes".

　As new sponsors this time, seven companies and organizations: Aiful Co., Ltd., Asahi Soft Drinks Co., Ltd., en Japan Co., Ltd., social medical corporation Kahoku Medical Foundation, Takamiya Co., Ltd., Tokyo Dome Co., Ltd., and the Japanese Federation of Consumers' Co-operative Associations. In addition, we have released information on clothing at the time of recruitment selection for a total of 7 companies and organizations.The number of supporting companies continues to increase even now by disseminating the thoughts and activities of the project to various companies.

　In the future, we will continue to update the website “#Kigaeyo Job Hunting” as needed and support the visualization of corporate clothing information so that job hunting students can use it as a means of collecting corporate information.By enabling job-hunting students to choose clothes with peace of mind, we aim to create an environment where they can do their job-hunting activities in their own way.
