On July 3, 2023, Tokyo University of Agriculture, Odakyu Electric Railway Co., Ltd., Odakyu SC Development Co., Ltd., and Odakyu Agency Co., Ltd. signed a comprehensive partnership agreement on improving the regional value of areas along the Odakyu line.
Tokyo University of Agriculture has a campus near Kyodo Station and Hon-Atsugi Station on the Odakyu Line.So far, we have been working with the Odakyu Group to enjoy the “now” around the stations along the Odakyu line, and utilize the communication app “KYOUDOKO” to create more attachment to the local area. In cooperation with commercial facilities, events such as the "Machinaka Seminar", a workshop for children at Kyodo Corti operated by SC Development, and the "Business Trip Harvest Festival" at Mylord Hon-Atsugi, have been working to create a lively atmosphere in the region. .
Based on this comprehensive agreement, the Tokyo University of Agriculture and the Odakyu Group will work together to improve regional value, including regional revitalization not only in the area around Kyodo and Hon-Atsugi Station, but also along the Odakyu Line, sustainable food and agriculture, and the natural environment.
