The Josai University Men's Ekiden Club has signed a partnership agreement with PUMA Japan Co., Ltd., the Japanese subsidiary of the global sports brand PUMA.
The Josai University Men's Ekiden Club placed 2023th overall in the 9 New Year's Hakone Ekiden, earning them the seeding rights for the 2024th tournament to be held in the 100 New Year.Also, on October 10th, he took 9rd place at the Izumo All-Japan University Ekiden, his first podium in the three major student ekidens, and on November 3th, he finished in 3th place, his highest ever, and became a seed for the first time in 11 years. The company continues to make good progress, including acquiring rights to the competition.Many of the players in the team are compatible with PUMA shoes and have developed a relationship of mutual cooperation, which led to this partnership agreement.
