Nagoya University and Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank (head office, Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, Takashi Tsuchiya) have signed a cooperation and cooperation agreement to develop human resources who can play an active role in the national centers of Asian countries.Based on this, Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank will continue to support the "National Center Human Resources Development Program for Asian Countries" promoted by Meidai, and will also support the cost of staying for working Asian students to stay and study in Japan. Established "Asia Bridge Fund" and donated support money to Meidai.
The Nagoya University Human Resources Development Program was launched in 2014 with the aim of training executives of governments in each country.In addition to enabling adult students from Asian countries to obtain doctoral degrees, we will utilize faculty members from local universities as specially appointed faculty members at Nagoya University to enhance education.While accepting Asian adult students at Nagoya University Campus, we opened satellite campuses and Nagoya University field offices in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, Hanoi, Vietnam, and Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.We have accepted young staff members from the Ministry of the Environment, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, and judges of administrative courts in each country. From 2015, we plan to open satellite campuses in Uzbekistan, Indonesia, Laos, and Myanmar in sequence.
