I think that there are quite a few people who have objections and counterarguments to the miscellaneous sentences that the author sometimes writes in a subjective manner, and it is doubtful to whom and to what extent the author's sentences of outsiders are read in the first place.However, the importance of AL in the educational world, the fact that there are many people who are worried about it, and, in my own experience, "something" that AL cannot do with a one-way lecture style. It is true that there is.At the very least, why don't we teachers believe in the activeness of the students and try to encourage their participation?

Jobs I have the opportunity to meet hundreds of business people every year, but no other profession is as eager to get a job as a teacher.However, it is also a fact that it becomes difficult to devote time to "teaching" because the number of miscellaneous tasks such as meetings and document preparation increases as the number of years of service increases.Also, it may be a fact that if you can abandon your own commitment, you can somehow do it if you give the same lecture as last year. Various problems related to AL may cast a stone on the attitudes and attitudes of such teachers.

Even if you can't find a clear answer that AL should be, if you can continue to worry about teaching itself, it must be a source of great AL.
